Sustainability is at the heart of Moonshack. As a lifelong vegetarian and passionate environmental advocate, I'm dedicated to using organic ingredients, sourcing locally when possible, and employing low~impact, handmade manufacturing methods. Our packaging is ESC~approved, and we use recyclable Miron glass to preserve the potency of our products.
Moonshack began as a sensory expression of my love for stillness, nature, and gentle self-connection.
I believe in the power of scent to transport, anchor, and restore. These products were created as companions for daily rituals that invite us to pause and embracing each moment fully. Each Moonshack product serves as a bridge between our busy minds and our embodied presence. Growing up playing in the New Forest and by the sea, I discovered the joy and tranquillity in nature, a connection I bring to every Moonshack formulation. This perspective was further enriched by five transformative years in Asia during my late 20’s, time spent in Malaysia and Vietnam, followed by two years in Japan, where I welcomed my first son. In my 30’s, I traveled to India where I meditated with a guru on the Ganges and visited the sacred Bodhi tree, the ancient tree under which Buddha is said to have gained enlightenment. This journey inspired Moonshack’s tree symbol, representing awakening and the potential for transformation in each moment of mindful practice.
Being vegetarian since I was 12 reflects a lifelong commitment to conscious choices that align with my values, a philosophy of intentional living at the heart of everything Moonshack represents.

With over 25 years of experience as an accredited psychotherapist with clinical training in hypnotherapy, I have had the privilege of supporting people through some of their most vulnerable moments. I have witnessed how overwhelming emotions can disconnect us from our bodies and how challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, sleep issues and self-worth are often deeply interlinked.
My clinical and additional training in Quantum Alchemy sound healing expanded my toolkit, offering pathways beyond the thinking mind through body connection and conscious mindset shifts. This work encourages stepping out of autopilot and choosing one’s path more consciously through present-moment awareness and mindfulness practices that ground individuals in the here and now.
